Our packages are all-inclusive; we will take care of you from the time that you land in Guatemala until we return you either to your International Hotel the evening prior to departure, or to the airport on the day of departure. The Great Sailfishing Company offers accommodation alternatives to suit all of our clients needs.
An alternative to the Private Villa is to stay at the resort itself. Packages are based on double occupancy in a fully air conditioned rooms. Also available are 2 bedroom bungalows and suites.
The resort is large (approximately 200 rooms) and the grounds are adjacent to the black volcanic beach. They have modelled themselves on “Club Med.”, in that all meals, drinks, facilities etc. are included – they even have the obligatory open air show in the central arena at the weekend !
It can be an ideal and cost effective solution for a couple or for a large group – or if there are members of your party who do not want to fish, but rather stay behind and enjoy the large pools and other amenities. Something to consider however is that English is not widely spoken – usually only at the reception desk on the daytime shift, so you can expect some difficulty in communicating if your Spanish is not up to scratch !
Resort facilities include swimming pools, several restaurants, bars and games facilities. The packages are all inclusive; meals are usually served buffet style, and all national drinks are included for the length of your stay.

long as there is food available you will not be charged for seconds!
